In the hour-long, one-on-one session you receive manual therapy & massage + learn exercises (since it's one-on-one you have Jason's full attention so he can correct any form issues and/or provide adaptions, which I love). He's extremely knowledgeable and is the reason I made it through my last marathon. I cannot recommend him enough...I just wish I'd found him sooner!
