Pelvic Symptoms Shouldn't Keep You From What You Love

Leaking makes you avoid activities you enjoy

Jumping, running, or sneezing causes leaks. You're skipping workouts or holding back because you're worried about embarrassing symptoms.

Generic postpartum advice isn't working

You've tried online exercises and Kegels, but nothing's helping. You need personalized care tailored to your body and your goals.

You're nervous about making things worse

You want to get back to running or lifting, but you're scared you'll cause damage. You need a safe, progressive plan that rebuilds confidence.

Dr. Jason Cooper is absolutely amazing. He’s helped me work past a Morton’s neuroma and joint pains through adjustments/helpful exercises. As an athlete himself, he understands what’s needed to achieve my goals. I was able to return to running races and do my first triathlon with Dr. Cooper’s help!

Jason is experienced, knowledgeable, practical, and compassionate. He has helped me through 2 injuries, and gotten me back on my feet. Aside from in-person help (discussion, massage, directed exercise) he has an online suite of brief exercise demos. When you get an exercise prescription from Jason, you get a customized set of demos that you can access on your phone. This really helps you to remember what you should be doing at home.

Huge thank you to Shreyal, Jason and co. I had been struggling with rotator cuff pain for months and couldn’t get back to doing the workouts I love — especially pull-ups. The team here was incredible from start to finish. They really took the time to assess what was going on, explained everything clearly, and built a plan that actually worked. Each session pushed me just enough, and I could feel steady progress week after week. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with shoulder issues or looking for knowledgeable, supportive physical therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know pelvic health can feel personal and vulnerable. Here's what patients in NYC ask us most.

What does a pelvic health evaluation include?

Your first visit includes a one-on-one evaluation with a DPT who has specialized pelvic health training. We review your symptoms, goals, and history. Internal examination is sometimes part of care, but it's always optional and explained fully beforehand.

Will I have to do internal exercises or exams?

Internal work can be helpful, but it's not always necessary. We always explain what we're doing and why, and we get your consent before proceeding. Many people start with external work and progress from there.

How long until I notice improvements?

It depends on your symptoms and goals. Many people notice improvements within a few sessions. After your evaluation, we'll give you a realistic timeline and a clear plan for what to expect.

Can I keep exercising while doing pelvic health PT?

Usually, yes. We build your plan around what you can do safely while we work on rebuilding strength and control. The goal is to keep you moving, not shut everything down.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based, which means we don't bill insurance directly. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients use HSA or FSA cards.
